Studio 9 Service Bar & Salon is an eclectic space located in Garfield Heights, Ohio offering a variety of services! Our modern salon studio provides braid, weave, and faux loc removal services and a la carte hair care. We offer tooth gem and tooth whitening services as well. The Takedown is for those that would rather “Get Somebody Else To Do It”! We’ll safely remove your sew in, faux locs, or braids and you can add a shampoo, treatment or trim as needed. “Tooth Be Told” is Cleveland’s premiere tooth gem and tooth whitening provider located at Studio 9. Tooth Be Told, we only use the finest Swarovski crystals and opal charms which we offer in a variety of shapes and sizes. We also offer 18kt gold charms (preorder only). All gems/charms are applied using a professional dental-grade bonding system similar to what’s used for braces brackets; no drills, no pain, quick and easy. Before booking a tooth gem service, please note: • A nonrefundable deposit of $10 is required at the time of booking. • Gems can only be applied to a healthy and natural tooth surface. NO VENEERS, CROWNS, BONDED OR FRACTURED TEETH! • All tooth gem clients must be 18 yrs + or accompanied by a legal guardian. Photo ID required at the time of service. NO EXCEPTIONS! • Gems guaranteed for 1 month with proper aftercare, but can last up to 2 years depending on client’s anatomy, biology, diet, and oral hygiene. • We STRONGLY encourage clients to brush and floss immediately before their appointment. If you plan on whitening, please do so at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment as whitening agents may weaken the gem’s bond.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments must be canceled. However, our time is valuable, just like yours. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before. Missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $10 fee upon rescheduling. The $10 cancellation fee will be charged in addition to the $10 nonrefundable deposit required for all bookings. Thank you for your understanding.
